Nature Walks with Nina

Explore London’s many walking trails while learning about the physical and mental health benefits of walking as a regular movement practice in this walk & talk series hosted by Nina Sampson and Bizz Varty. Walks are FREE and will include a warm-up and cool-down. All bodies are welcome, including human-powered wheels.

Upcoming Walks:
July 10, 7-8:30pm – Medway Valley
Meet: At the East end of Gainsborough Road. Street parking available.
Terrain: unpaved paths, some hills, dirt and gravel trail. Easy to moderate difficulty
Trail stats:  Approximately 3 km  (approx 45 mins of walking)
Dogs: Well-behaved, low-stress dogs welcome. All pets must be on leash at all times
Kids: All ages welcome, at your own discretion
Walk will happen rain or shine, please dress appropriately for the weather.
August 23, 7pm – Springbank Park
Meet: Near the entrance to Storybook Gardens. Free parking available.
Terrain: All paved trails, accessible for wheels. Easy difficulty on flat ground, with some optional mild hills.
Trail stats:  Approximately 3 km  (approx 45 mins of walking)
Dogs: Well-behaved, low-stress dogs welcome. All pets must be on leash at all times
Kids: All ages welcome, at your own discretion
Walk will happen rain or shine, please dress appropriately for the weather.

September 22, 3pm Hastings Park

Meet: In the Stoney Brook Public School parking lot. Free parking available.
