Fall series general description
Join the Centre of Movement Arts at Kilally Meadows this fall to experience the fall colours and explore movement in nature.

With a new theme and movement focus each month there is something for everyone!

Our fall series is family friendly and takes place both on paved multi-use pathways and on unpaved narrow walking trails. Note: the unpaved trails will not accommodate mobility assistance devices, including strollers.

Walks will take place the second Saturday of October, November and December at 2:30 pm.

October 13 @ 2:30pm –  Yoga Walk

November  10 @ 2:30pm – Play!

December 8 @ 2:30pm Dance Walk

Saturday October 13 @ 2:30-4:00 Yoga Walk – Kilally Meadows
Take deep breaths of fresh air as we move and stretch our bodies and tune into the natural world. Find stillness both inside and out by combining walking and yoga in the forest setting. Our nature expert Nina Sampson will share her knowledge of the local environment and Bizz Varty will lead the yoga poses. We will use the landscape to modify movement to suit all participants. All ages and abilities welcome!

Meet at the Windermere and Adelaide entrance at 2:30 pm. This walk and yoga will take approximately 90 minutes.

Nina Sampson is an outdoor enthusiast, a certified Naturalist, and an environmental educator. Nina mission is to help people better understand how all aspects of nature are interconnected, including us humans!
