2023 Dance Mob

We are thrilled to be partnering with our friends at Simple Reflections for Artists to bring you this year’s dance, set to the perfectly named “Forest City Song” by the Latin Roots of London Band.

The simple and fun choreography was created by Cynthia Aguiar and Thalyta Medeiros, and Brandon Clarke & Sam Sendas will be your 2023 Dance Mob Captains! Learn the dance from a workshop or the video and join the mob on one of our festival stages – or better yet, become a volunteer Dance Mob Ambassador and build your own dance team!

  2. Choose a time and place to teach your group, then fill out this form and send us an email to let us know who, where and when, plus which performance you plan to attend.
  3. Learn the dance from this video. If you have any questions or need any help figuring out the steps, send us a message and we’d be happy to help.
  4. Join us on stage! Choose one of the performances below and bring your group to dance with us and other volunteers from across the city.
  5. Don’t forget to have festival staff sign your form for up to 4 hours of volunteer time.
